APPENDIX I QUALITY POLICY
Our goal is, through the excellent training and expertise of our staff, to provide reliable and timely services regarding:
– Provision of Digitization, Documentation, Digital Curation, Interpretation, and Promotion of Cultural Assets.
– Design, Development, Implementation, and Provision of Digital Products for Cultural Information Management.
– Design, Development, and Implementation of Communication, Publicity, Marketing, and Information Services/Products.
– Provision of Consulting Services for the Design, Maturity, Submission, Management, and Implementation of National and European Co-financed and non-Co-financed Programs
– Execution of Studies and Management / Implementation of Cultural Management and Cultural Tourism Projects.
We consider that the quality, reliability, and validity of our services determine and ensure high levels of satisfaction for those who use them; therefore, we consider quality to be our fundamental concern and obligation.
We are committed to ensuring the continuous improvement of the quality of both our services and processes, as well as the Quality Management System itself.
Our goal is the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 that serves our needs.
We intend to maintain, develop, and improve the Management System on a steady basis, with the primary objective of consistently ensuring quality, increasing the reliability of our services, continuously ensuring the availability of required resources, increasing our effectiveness, and finally providing services that respond to both the defined requirements of interested parties and the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
To achieve this:
We will continuously improve existing mechanisms and processes, enriching them with new, modern, and innovative ones for the field, leveraging our knowledge and experience.
We will ensure our policy is available to every interested party and will proclaim our effort for high quality levels in the services offered and for continuous improvement.
We will always take quality issues into account in every new activity and service we undertake.
We will monitor our processes and implement necessary corrective actions, when and where required, to resolve problems and eliminate errors and mistakes.
We will always operate within a framework of mutual respect, trust, constructive cooperation, and good communication among all of us, because:
