PostScriptum supports the digital presence of the BSRC Alexander Fleming
Technology enhances the dissemination and public understanding of the Center’s scientific work
The Biomedical Sciences Research Center “Alexander Fleming” (B.S.R.C. “Alexander Fleming”) is one of Greece’s most prominent biomedical research centres, with a strong international presence and an outstanding track record in scientific research. Since its establishment, the Center has focused on advancing understanding of the molecular and cellular basis of major diseases, including cancer, autoimmune and neurodegenerative conditions, while simultaneously developing innovative therapeutic approaches. Through its specialised research teams and advanced technological infrastructure, it has promoted translational research and actively contributed to bridging the gap between basic science and clinical application.
PostScriptum, as part of the project “3rd Call for Proposals ‘Science and Society’ – ‘Hubs for Research, Innovation, and Dissemination’”, undertook to support the Center in strengthening its digital presence and communicating its scientific output. Through targeted interventions, it delivered the design and development of digital platforms, optimised the structure and presentation of scientific content, enhanced accessibility and user experience, and supported the dissemination of research activities to wider audiences.
Through this project, PostScriptum contributed to the digital transformation of the Biomedical Sciences Research Center “Alexander Fleming”, strengthening the dissemination and public engagement of the Center’s scientific work. By leveraging technology, PostScriptum made research outputs more accessible and comprehensible to the public, highlighting their significance and societal impact.
