PostScriptum completed the production and coordination of the contemporary art exhibition «Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis. In the Belt of Change» with Greece participating as an honoured guest country in the exhibition The Tides of the Century - 2020 International Art Exhibition that takes place in Ocean Flower Island, in Hainan island, a new economic and tourist destination in South China.
In 1994, Steve Jobs, founder of Apple, was referring to the significant role of "storytelling", while a few years later he pointed out the need to marry technology with the humanities, emphasizing that contemporary software must project a communicational momentum. In this "marriage" the narrative develops having time as the main axis, while the digital arrangements are perceived as "images". The challenge here lies when it comes to pairing “narrative" with the "exhibition/display".
The recent collaboration of PostScriptum with the Ministry of Culture and Sports and in particular with the Directorate of Archaeological Museums, Exhibitions and Educational Programs was a unique opportunity for us. There was a fertile ground for creating a canvas where our expertise in digital culture, history and its cultural objects and the challenge of organizing an interactive storytelling around them would live together. A key parameter was to respect the principles of museum narratives in order to support visitor engagement, the internet user in our case.
PostScriptum participates in the project ECHO II: Traditions in Transition which is cofounded by Creative Europe Culture Sub-programme 'Support for European cooperation projects' 2020 EACEA-32-2019 - Smaller scale cooperation projects (COOP1).
The Creative Europe Programme finances transnational cooperation projects, so as to help Europe’s cultural organisations cooperate across borders. Examples of transnational cooperation projects consist of cross-border exchange of works of art through lending, international tours and exhibitions, as well as co-productions, joint tours and performances of cultural organisations from different countries.
PAGODE Project: Europe’s Chinese Collections uploaded to Europeana. PAGODE project will contribute to generating rich user experience and high audience engagement with Europeana, the European digital library, by proposing a thematic approach in the aggregation, curation and presentation of Chinese cultural heritage preserved in Europe.
"100 Years of GSEVEE" project aimed to celebrate the centenary of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen & Merchants (GSEVEE). Old and new associations and federations, professions and persons associated with the history of GSEVEE and trade unionists and tradesmen, compositions of boards of directors and conferences, vigorous strikes and claims, the social and cultural dimension of GSEVEE businesses and their treatment by the state have been points of interest and highlight, that link the present with the past in an endless search for new forms of action.
PostScriptum, in collaboration with RTD Talos, undertook the conservation study of archival material within the framework of the Project "Digitization, Accessibility and Dissemination of Cultural Product (audiovisual, printed, musical)" - Digital Herodotus II, 2014 - 2020 INTERREG V-A Greece – Cyprus
Greece participated as the honored country at the “China International Import Expo 2019 (CIIE)” which was organized in Shanghai, China from 5-10 November 2019. PostScriptum undertook on behalf of Entreprise Greece the conceptual design, the communication and the audiovisual presence of the Greek participation.

PostScriptum, in collaboration with Encodica and Tool, took over the redesign and development of the official national portal for Greek wine, of the National Interprofessional Organisation of Vine and Wine (EDOAO), the only organization in Greece on the vine and wine, representing the majority of private wine producers and wine products.
The “Three Cities-One Tale” anniversary exhibition was an initiative of the Museum of Victims of Nazism in Distomo (MVND) and the Archive of Ioannis E. Stamoulis. The main theme of the exhibition was the Nazi atrocities that struck three European cities in June during the II World War: Distomo, Lidice (Czech Republic) and Oradour (France).

It is financed by the ICT Policy Support Programme, as part of the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP). PostScriptum participates in the Europeana Space Program as technological and scientific partner.
European Cultural Centre of Delphi and PostScriptum implemented the Project "Promotion and elevation of the European Cultural Centre of Delphi activities through the establishment of a comprehensive digital strategy", which was implemented under the NSRF and the Operational Programme Digital Convergence, which enhance communication between the Centre and the public and also enhance accessibility to the rich cultural stock that produces while at the same time it is maximizing the value of actions carried out so far.
The project "National Historical Museum. Virtual Exhibitions and Educational Applications for the Modern Greek History" was implemented under the NSRF and the Operational Programme Digital Convergence. This is a key project for the upgrading of the National Historical Museum which owns one of the oldest and richest collections and archival documents of the recent history in Europe. The project includes scientific documentation and digitization of 4.550 items, collection management system MusuemPlus and eMuseumPlus, new website, interactive applications, educational seminars etc.
Thesswiki project is an original crowdsourcing action which aims at digitising the history and culture of the city of Thessaloniki by the citizens themselves through the global electronic encyclopedia Wikipedia. The action was organised by the Municipality of Thessaloniki and was part of the 50th Demetria festival. It was coordinated by PostScriptum, as part of its services for the promotion of cultural heritage institutions and organisations, in cooperation with the GFOSS and the Wikimedia Community User Group Greece.
PostScriptum implemented the project "Virtual Educational Museum Opera & Training Programs for Opera using ICT" for the Greek National Opera. It is a project with an interactive and educational character and high artistic value. The aim of the virtual museum is to present online and in an interactive way the culturally fascinating world of opera.
The project "Digitization and Promotion of Cultural Heritage George Zongolopoulos Foundation" aims at digital elevation of the Foundation of the famous sculptor and includes new website, interactive applications, virtual exhibitions, scientific documentation and digitization of 1.095 documents, collection management system MusuemPlus and eMuseumPlus, educational seminars etc.
In order to maintain and increase the exposure of the special collection and its disposal to the citizens, the Thessaloniki Olympic Museum in cooperation with PostScriptum implements under the NSRF and the Operational Programme "Digital Convergence", the project "Healthy mind in a healthy body in the digital age". The aim of the project was to create the first digital exhibition in Greece based on the history of the Olympic Games.
The Project "The Bathroom: A trip to the body and the soul" is the digital representation of the full set of operations performed by the Bath House of the Winds. The project presents the "bathroom" not only as a body cleansing process, but also as an important - timeless and cross-cultural - social meeting point, fully incorporated in the city's daily life. The project included the creation of digital interactive applications, regarding the cleanliness and the beautification of the body, on the Internet and in the museum's physical space.
Τhe aim of the action "Marathon of Wikipedia on March 25th focusing on the collections of the National Historical Museum" was to enrich Wikipedia with entries on the Greek Revolution and the general themes of the National Historic Museum through the active participation of teachers and students and raise awareness among the educational community regarding the proper use and importance of Wikipedia, a project of open content that PostScriptum supports.
The project Europeana Food and Drink aims at promoting and increasing the re-use of content related to food and drink cultural heritage of Europe through Europeana and is funded by the European Commission under the CIP ICT Policy Support Programme (ICT PSP).
Virtual museum, thematic chronologies, interactive map, experiential narratives, virtual tours and digital upgrade to MuseumPlus system compose an interesting digital tour of the Athens City Museum's collections.
The Byzantine and Christian Museum with the project E-Byzantine and Christian Museum upgrades the system of management of archaeological collections, using modern digital applications, creates a new, accessible digital archive that can be enriched and provides valid information on the Byzantine civilization, refreshes communication and deepens its relationship with many different audiences, with specialists and non-specialists, but also with the international audience and finally encourages learning through entertainment, dialogue and networking with young and old.
Within the framework of “Digitalisation, Documentation and Promotion of the National Museum of Modern Art,” PostScriptum undertook the development of the infrastructure and digitization of the Museum's collections. The project contributed to the development of technological infrastructures, such as hardware and software, so as to provide the National Museum of Modern Art with a system which supports the organisation and the management of collections as well as the promotion of digital works.
A challenging study for PostScriptum which aims at a comprehensive proposal for the permanent exhibition of Messolonghi Exodus Museum and was based on survey sources, bibliographic and historical research. It also included evaluation of existing exhibits and resources, documenting material research and development of museological rationale.

This is an educational and simultaneously entertaining application (edutainment) that "animates" the region of Aitoloakarnania for the users, making their tour highly interactive and fun.

PostScriptum and the National Historical Museum of Greece organized a 9 days Marathon for the transcription of historical documents from the First World War. Transcribathon Athens was hosted by the National Historical Museum, in cooperation with Europeana, Facts & Files and PostScriptum, as a contribution to the ICOM International Museum Day 2018.
PostScriptum has completed the very first project implemented in China as cultural consultant of Hellas House, a remarkable unique hub of Greek culture, launched in Shanghai on the 15th of May. PostScriptum contributed to Hellas House content branding, digital presence and marketing, educational material, audiovisual installations, volunteer network setup and to the overall successful launching.
